Proper nutrition is the foundation of great well-being, good health, and a slim figure. There's probably no point in repeating that proper nutrition should become a habit — everyone already knows that.
The thing is, no matter how well you care for your appearance — and we always tell our salon's clients this — your beauty mainly comes from your health, from within your body. And proper nutrition is the first step every woman should take on the path to her own health, and consequently, to beauty!
The question is, what exactly is proper nutrition? And what kind of diet can even be called "proper"? Proper nutrition ensures the intake and absorption of substances the body needs to cover its energy expenditure, build and renew tissues, and regulate all of its functions.
Improper nutrition, on the other hand, negatively affects the functioning of all the body's systems, weakens immunity, and reduces the ability to resist external factors. Here are a few simple tips that will help you maintain beauty and health without straining your wallet, without exhausting diets, hunger-induced fainting spells, or nervous breakdowns:
Eat only fresh food, and always pay close attention to the shelf life and storage conditions of products when buying them. Give up ready-made semi-finished foods. Learn to cook for yourself, and don't store prepared dishes for more than 24 hours.
It turns out that to say goodbye to excess weight, it's not at all necessary to go on a strict diet. It's enough to simply organize your diet a little and stop pouncing on food like a hungry wolf on a lamb.
Split your daily food intake into 5-6 meals and eat more frequently. By doing this, you'll shorten the time between meals and stop feeling hungry, which will help significantly reduce the amount of food you eat. No snacking!
