To correct the silhouette and achieve the desired slim body, physical exercise alone and following a proper diet and healthy eating regimen are sometimes not enough. Some figure problems and flaws need to be addressed by other methods.
For this purpose, there are various methods of professional figure correction. These include massage, liposuction, injection techniques, myoelectric stimulation, and ultrasonic lymphatic drainage. And despite the fact that we are a Thai spa massage salon, we decided to share all these methods with you. So, let's go through each one separately...
Injectable administration of lipolytic drugs using the mesotherapy technique allows for the removal and dissolution of small fat deposits that visually create flaws in body contours. The procedure is carried out multiple times using small doses of the drug injected into the problem area.
Liposuction, of all the professional figure correction methods listed above, allows for the removal of the largest amount of fat deposits. It is a surgical method, and therefore not the safest, but the most effective, especially when it comes to a large volume of fat that needs to be removed. During the operation, fat is suctioned out of problem areas using a special large vacuum syringe. The surgical procedure has its contraindications, weight restrictions, and requires lengthy pre-operative preparation.
Anti-cellulite massage is the gentlest and safest method, which, despite its relative safety, allows for excellent results. A course of figure-correction massage consists of ten to fifteen sessions, after which a good effect can be observed. The skin becomes smooth and firm, the contours become even and defined, and many flaws disappear, such as cellulite, sagging, and loose skin.
There are various types of massage: lymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite, general strengthening, toning, and others. They can be performed using oils and special blends that speed up the process of fat breakdown and stimulate venous and lymphatic outflow, which is important in fighting swelling, venous stagnation, and visible signs of cellulite.
Which method to choose in the fight for a beautiful body is up to you. But we're in favor of the safe method!
