Prevention and Treatment of Cellulite!

Prevention and Treatment of Cellulite!

According to medicine, cellulite is a condition that develops as a result of inflammation of the subcutaneous fat layer caused by harmful microbes, which is why it is considered a skin condition. In simple terms, cellulite is a disruption of metabolism in the subcutaneous fat layer, resulting in hypertrophy of the surface fat cells.

Approximately 90% of women experience this problem. In most cases, it appears during periods of "hormonal surges." Cellulite develops in 15% of cases during puberty, 25% after childbirth, and 15% during menopause. The causes contributing to the appearance of cellulite are numerous. For example:

All of the factors listed above disrupt blood circulation — this leads to active growth of connective tissue, which in turn serves as a framework for cell "chambers." Metabolic waste products, as well as water and fat, accumulate here.

There Are Four Stages of This Condition

Stage 1. Barely noticeable — small bumps can only be seen when the skin is pinched into a fold. This problem is easy to eliminate at the first stage. It's enough to start an active lifestyle, take up any kind of sport, visit the sauna, and watch your diet.

Stage 2. The skin slightly resembles an orange peel, with dimples and bumps visible under light pressure. A body with impaired venous function cannot fully cope with fluid removal. To eliminate cellulite at this stage, it is recommended to attend at least 3 lymphatic drainage sessions per week and, in addition, dedicate more time to physical activity.

Stage 3. At this stage, eliminating cellulite becomes more difficult. Subcutaneous nodules and connective tissue in the form of cell-like structures develop.

Stage 4. Cellulite resembles an "orange peel," with the skin porous like an orange. The buttocks and thighs become disfigured, the skin turns cold and takes on a bluish tint. At this final stage, getting rid of cellulite is practically impossible. To avoid having to think about how to get rid of cellulite later on, it's best to prevent it from appearing in the first place, but if the problem already exists, every possible method should be used to address it.

Today, there is a wide selection of anti-cellulite creams available, containing extracts from various plants, caffeine, and much more. Everyone chooses a product individually, taking into account their overall condition and skin characteristics. However, before purchasing, it's advisable to consult a doctor, so as not to worsen the body's condition instead. Both for treatment and prevention, it is recommended to have: anti-cellulite massage, which improves blood circulation and reduces the number of fat cells.

It's important to prevent both the appearance and further development of cellulite, since every condition can lead to the development of other conditions — fortunately, in today's world, there are plenty of ways to fight cellulite.
