From 01.10.2019 the Royal Thai SPA massage salon has changed the loyalty system for regular customers of our salon. The program allows all regular customers to receive gifts in the form of bonuses. After the fifth visit to the salon you become a member of the loyalty system and receive additional money on your virtual account in the amount of 5%. The number of bonuses accrued and debited is displayed on your personal card. When the amount of your visits reaches 15 000 UAH our system will automatically move you to a 10% bonus program. You can become a member of the loyalty system from the first visit by placing a deposit in the amount of 5000 UAH - 5%, 15,000 UAH - 10%. From October 1, 2019, the mobile application is temporarily unavailable. All accumulated bonuses are stored in the Royal Thai Spa customer card.
How does it work?
Each time you pay for procedures or purchase certificates, 5% or 10% of the amount of your check will be credited to the bonus account. You can use the accrued bonuses to pay for the procedures and certificates, but only in full amount.
Bonuses are accrued only on standard prices, and do not apply to promotional offers of the salon and special discounts.
We did not forget about those who celebrate their birthdays! Our Royal Thai SPA salons give extra 30 minutes to any hourly procedure within 7 days after the birthday.
To receive a gift you must present your passport. A 30 minute gift is valid only with actual payment; cannot be used with gift certificates, deposits, morning special prices and other promotions of the salon.
For new customers of “Royal Thai Spa” - at the first visit to our salon we add 30 minutes of massage to any hourly procedure of the second visit during a month.
