To enjoy your time spent in the salon, please, read carefully our rules:

“Royal Thai SPA” on Lutheranskaya Str.10A is open from 10:00 to 22:00 seven days a week without a lunch break.
“Royal Thai SPA” on Reitarskaya Str.41 is open from 10:00 to 22:00 seven days a week without a lunch break.

It is important to book in advance the time for the procedures at the Royal Thai SPA. You can leave your
reservation with the administrators of our salons:

When making an appointment, you can explain your preferences and wishes to the salon administrator. This will allow us to choose the most effective procedure for you at the moment.

Before your first visit to the salon be sure to read the contraindications:

Massage and spa treatments are not recommended for those who have the following medical problems: oncology, asthma, varicose veins, acute stages of illnesses, recent injuries and surgeries, early pregnancy, skin diseases, heart diseases, prostheses, and blood pressure disorders. Be sure to inform the administrator before the procedure about the state of your health. The administration of the salon asks to come to the procedure on time. To help you to remember an SMS notification with the specified day, time and address of the salon will be sent to the contact phone number you left after registering for the massage. Visiting our salons for the first time we recommend you to come 10-15 minutes before the procedure begins to fill out the questionnaire and to read the rules of the salon. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, it is important to consider the fact that the procedure will not be fully performed. If, for some reason, you cannot visit our salon at the booked time, we expect you to cancel or change the time of your visit in advance, at least 3 hours before the procedure begins. In case of repeated and untimely cancellations of the booked time for services, we keep the right to refuse a preliminary appointment for a massage or ask for a 100% prepayment. If you are a participant in promotions of the salon or other bonus programs that give you the right for discounts, please, communicate this information to administrators in advance, during registration for the service and immediately before the procedure. Payment for massage procedures have to be made before the procedures, in cash or by bank transfer. If, for some reason, during the first 15 minutes you did not like the massage, inform the administrator about it and we will refund your expenses. If the procedure is provided in full, the money will not be returned. Please draw your attention to the fact that gift certificates, season tickets and promotional massages are not a subject to a refund, and they also have a limited validity period.

In our salons there are procedures which can be booked only after prepayment:

SPA programs in Hammam. To book these procedures a prepayment of 1000 UAH per person is required.
When 3 or more people visit the salon at the same time.
Reservation on holidays: February,14th and March ,8th.

Prepayment can be made on our website in the section of the chosen service. If the visit is canceled within 24 hours the prepayment will be refunded in a full amount or can be credited to the client’s deposit to be used for any procedure in our salons. In case of cancellation of the procedure in less than a day the prepayment is not refundable.

To maintain a comfortable atmosphere during the procedure, loud conversations are not welcome and the use of mobile phones is not recommended; if this is not possible, please, set your mobile phones on silent mode. The master will be grateful if you let him/her know about your feelings during the massage. If something does not satisfy you or you feel discomfort, tell him/her about it. Be sincere with the massage therapist and administrator after the procedure. Tell us about your feelings: it will help us to improve our work. Delicately share the common space of our salon with other guests. Smoking in the salon is strictly PROHIBITED. Clients who have been taking alcohol before their visit to our salons will not be allowed into the salon for the massage services. In the Royal Thai Spa you can get a massage therapist recommendation form, which is filled in by the massage therapist after the procedure. There will be recommendations to improve your health and procedures in our salon. "Tips", rewards to the masters, are welcome, but remain at your discretion. Our salon does not provide services of sexual and erotic nature, in such an attempt, the master is obliged to interrupt the procedure and refuse to continue it. The administration of the salon keeps the right to refuse to provide massage services to these clients in the future. These actions are strictly regulated by the law of Ukraine!
