- In a bathtub filled with warm water, dissolve 50 g of glycerin. It is enough to lie in such a bath for thirty minutes, and the skin becomes soft and smooth.
- Pour dried chamomile flowers and string (1 tbsp each), thyme and nettle (0.5 tbsp each) with boiled water (1 L) and keep on a water bath for 20 minutes. Strain the resulting solution and pour it into a bath filled with water at 40°C. The skin becomes clean, firm, and elastic.
- Two hours before taking a bath, add five grams of mumiyo to boiled water and leave it in a warm place. After the specified time, dilute the resulting infusion in a warm bath and mix well. Lie in it before bedtime and relax for about 30 minutes. The benefits of such a bath are significant and become even greater if taken not only in the evening but also in the morning. To maintain soft and silky skin for a long time, it is necessary to follow a course of mumiyo baths for at least three weeks.
- Place 300 g of dried (or 1 kg of fresh) nettle into a container filled with 2 liters of water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and continue simmering under a lid for another five minutes. After 30 minutes, strain the decoction and pour it into a warm bath. Limit the bath time to a maximum of 20 minutes. After it, clean and refreshed skin is guaranteed.
- Place oatmeal or bran in a gauze bag and put it into the bath. Such a bath helps soften irritated or flaky skin.
- In a cloth bag, add half a cup of soap shavings, one cup of rye flour, and one cup of wheat bran. Mix, tie the bag, and place it in the bath. This ensures clean, soft, and nourished skin.
- A bath made from a mixture of rosemary, thyme, arnica, and mint gives the skin a refreshing effect and a pleasant aroma.
- A herbal mixture poured with boiling water is left to infuse for 3 hours. Use 3 liters of the infusion per bath. This bath provides an excellent therapeutic and cosmetic effect, relieves irritation, and helps with hypertension.
- To prepare a toning bath that relieves fatigue and helps maintain energy, mix poplar leaves or buds (100 g), pine needles (50 g), rowan leaves (50 g), and tansy flowers (50 g). Pour with boiling water (3 L) and let infuse for three hours. Strain and add to a bath of warm (40°C) water. Stay in the bath for five minutes. A bath infused with linden flowers helps with insomnia.
- Milk bath (originally used with donkey milk by Egyptian Queen Cleopatra). In our case, a glass of powdered milk can be used with a similar effect.
- Milk and honey bath: dissolve a small bowl of honey in warm (not boiling) milk. Optionally, add 2 tbsp of sea buckthorn oil (or any plant oil). This bath has a beneficial effect on the skin and restores freshness, vitality, and energy.
- Lemon bath: slice several lemons, pour boiling water (1 L), let it infuse, and after 30 minutes add it to the bath. The skin becomes smoother and fresher, and blood circulation improves significantly.
- Oat bath: three hours before bathing, soak one and a half cups of oatmeal in 2 liters of water. Then add another 2 liters, bring to a boil, strain, and pour the resulting decoction into the bath. This bath is used for skin cleansing.
Make a mask from grated carrot and apply it to the face during bathing. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene and suitable for almost all skin types, giving the face a healthy glow.
Two cooled tea bags or cucumber slices placed over closed eyes help reduce inflammation and puffiness and restore brightness.
After the bath, it is advisable to use a toner. Thanks to toner, the acid-base balance is restored, and the skin becomes well prepared for applying cream or makeup. By the way, it can be easily prepared at home: 50% concentrated natural vinegar from grapes or apples is mixed with diluted lemon juice and green tea or herbal decoction.

You have completed the restorative procedures. Do not rush to do housework or watch the news. Instead, lay clean bedding, fluff your pillows well, and try to fall asleep.
