Head Massage Techniques for Hair Growth

Head Massage Techniques for Hair Growth

The length of hair, like its other qualities, depends directly not only on proper care but also on scalp blood circulation. There can be many reasons for disruptions in this process, but one way or another, one of the most effective measures in such a case is a properly performed head massage.

Regardless of the method, there are a few things to keep in mind:

Method No. 1

The simplest and most straightforward option. Start by lightly stroking the forehead and temples, then stroke the entire head from top to bottom, and finally move on to massaging circular movements, rubbing, and light patting. The procedure should last at least 10 minutes.

Method No. 2

With the head lowered, massage the neck first, then the back of the head, and then the whole head, without changing position. At the final stage of the procedure, run a comb through the hair 50-100 times or gently pull it with your hands. Then raise your head and repeat the same steps again.

Method No. 3

This method is gentler than the first and second in terms of tangling the hair. Make a parting in the middle of the head and, along it, first lightly stroke the skin from the forehead to the back of the head, then move on to rubbing. Make the next parting a centimeter from the previous one, alternating between the right and left sides for 10-15 minutes.

Method No. 4

This one is for the lazy. For 5-10 seconds, press with your right hand on the right side of the head, then do the same on the left side, and press on the forehead and the back of the head with both hands. Make 7-10 presses in each area.

To make the massage more effective, you can use the following oils:

To help fix the result and prevent hair loss after the massage, mix regular salt with water in equal proportions and apply to dampened hair roots, gently rubbing in for 5-7 minutes. This procedure is contraindicated in cases of skin damage or high blood pressure.
