There are many Thai massage techniques, each designed to improve a person’s well-being, enhance skin appearance, or support overall health. One of the most effective body care methods recently introduced in our SPA salon is foam massage.
What This Procedure Is

This type of massage once won the hearts of people in the East, which is why it is also called “Turkish massage” and is performed in the traditional bath of this country — the Hammam. The procedure combines several stages:
- body steaming;
- deep exfoliation using natural ingredients;
- the massage itself, where instead of oil a thick soap foam based on aromatic oils is used.
This combined approach delivers better results because it works on several levels at once.
Benefits of Foam Massage
Usually, massage is aimed at treating or preventing certain health conditions, as well as relaxing the muscles. Foam massage, however, has a stronger effect on the skin and is therefore used mainly to eliminate cosmetic imperfections.
Main Advantages of Foam Massage
- Cleansing the upper layers of the epidermis from impurities and dead cells. This helps restore normal sebaceous gland function and allows the skin to “breathe.”
- Improved blood circulation, which positively affects bones and tendons. It can reduce symptoms of arthritis, arthrosis, and osteochondrosis, as well as relieve rheumatic pain.
- Under the influence of heat, toxins, waste products, and other metabolic byproducts are eliminated from the body.
- Reduction of inflammation, pimples, pustules, and blackheads. The skin becomes more elastic, soft, and firm.
- Improved metabolic processes, contributing to the reduction of fat deposits in problem areas.
- Due to intensive treatment and heat exposure, a warming effect is achieved, leading to muscle relaxation and relief from tension, stress, and nervousness.
